Rainforest fun!

I made a rainforest diorama out of a big cardboard box. It was part of my school work, because I am doing homeschooling due to COVID-19. It's super fun and easy to make and my brother decided to help! We also learned about the rainforest and did fun activities. Here are some of the most interesting facts:

- the size of a football field is cut down every second

- most of the plants and animals in the rainforest can't be found anywhere else in the world

- there are some people who live in the rainforest that have never made any contact with the outside world

- most of the medicine comes from plants in a rainforest

- palm oil is made out of cut down trees

- the soil is so thin in a rainforest, that when you cut down a tree, it would take millions of years for a tree to grow back

- a rainforest is so dense, that when a raindrop falls it takes 10 minutes for the drop to hit the ground from the canopy of a tree.

Here is how you can make your own rainforest diorama:

for this you'll need,

- cardboard box

- paint

- cardboard rolls

- textas

- toy animals

Firstly get your cardboard box and cut out any parts you don't need. Well, this is optinal and you can make your own with your original idea or you can go to https://www.pinterest.com.au/search/pins/?q=rainforest%20diorama&rs=typed&term_meta[]=rainforest%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=diorama%7Ctyped for more ideas.
